Community Access Resources and Engagement Services (C.A.R.E.S.)
Our Behavioral Health Network Team appreciates how challenging it can be to reach out for help, and we are committed to making access to resources and services as quick, easy, and seamless as possible.
• To immediately connect with one of our Behavioral Health Network Team Members, call (207) 904-1328. We will help you get started.
• Walk-in services are available at our office at 420 Cumberland Avenue in Portland, where a C.A.R.E.S. team member is on-site and available to gather information and connect you to resources and services.
Common requests for support from our C.A.R.E.S. team include:
• I would like to quit smoking and am not sure where to begin.
• I need help with the insurance renewals and applications everybody is asking me to complete.
• I have a family member who is struggling with addiction, and I don’t know what to do to help.
• My probation officer told me I need to have an evaluation and get a counselor.
• I would like to see a counselor and get help with housing so my children can come home.
• My diabetes has been acting up and nothing I am doing seems to help.
Not sure about what may be helpful to you? No, problem. Together we can explore options to find a good fit.
If you are homebound and unable to come to the office, please call (207) 904-1328. We can offer telehealth and support in your home or community.
