Payment is due at the time of service. This includes deductibles and co-payments for insured clients, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment for services is accepted from most insurance companies, including MaineCare. A Sliding Fee Scale is available for patients without insurance. Income will be verified yearly or on an as needed basis (without this proof, patients will be charged the normal fees for all services).
We also accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard, and CareCredit© (click here for more details).
Please note: Effective 6/15/24 our fees will be increasing to cover increased operating costs and maintain our quality of care.
We make every effort to maintain our appointment schedule and see patients at their scheduled time. As a courtesy, we will try to reach you with a phone call 1 or 2 days prior to your appointment to verify the date and time. If you are unable to call us to confirm we can reschedule your appointment at another time and we will give the current appointment to another person in need.
We recognize that an emergency or illness may occur, preventing you from making a scheduled appointment. If you wish to reschedule your visit, we ask that you call us before noon on the day prior to your appointment.
In order to keep our records up to date, please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your: insurance coverage, medical history, parental custody, address, or phone number.
